ALONG THE ANCIENT VIA POSTUMIA.

A walk on the Castelvecchio Bridge admiring the ancient Scaligero castle with its shielded towers, the drawbridge and the parade ground where you can admire the mastery of the architect Carlo Scarpa who carried out the renovation of the Museum. Internal visit to the Museum (reduced entrance for groups of at least 15 people €4.50 p/p) to admire the masterpieces of Italian sculpture and painting and walk along the walkways. We exit along Via Cavour, the ancient Via Postumia to admire the monuments from various eras that tell us the history of the city, the Arco Romano dei Gavi, the Sanmicheliani palaces. If possible, we will visit the Sacello di Santa Teuteria e Tosca (free donation €25.00/30.00 for the group), a masterpiece of medieval art. We continue to the Porta Romana dei Borsari and enter the ancient Roman city along the Decumanus Maximus. Along this pedestrian street you can admire remains from the Roman period, medieval buildings and the Corte Sgarzerie where the wool mills of Verona were located.

ADULT COST: For 2h €140.00 up to 30 pax. For 2 h ½ €165.00 up to 30 pax. For 3h €190.00 up to 30 pax.

CANCELLATION POLICY: once the tour is confirmed, it will be possible to cancel it without penalty up to 11 days before. If cancelled from 5 to 10 days, 50% of the cost will be charged, if cancelled from 4 days to the day of the tour, a penalty of 100% will be applied
