Food and wine itineraries in the province of Verona

To taste the finest wines directly in their lands of origin, we offer three tours dedicated to Veronese food and wine.

The first itinerary is set on the rolling hills of Valpolicella. We will visit the Paleo-Romanesque Church of San Giorgio, one of the most fascinating and historically rich parish churches in the Veronese area, and there will be a visit from above where you can admire the beauty of this land. Before saying goodbye to this relaxing countryside, we will taste its delicious fruits in the rooms of a traditional cellar or in the elegant room of a company that also produces cheeses and cured meats.

The second itinerary moves us to the characteristic historic center of Soave, a medieval village embellished by the imposing Castle. We will walk between Piazza Antenna, the Palazzo Pretorile, the Palazzo Cavalli, the Palazzo Municipale, the Porta Aquila, the Palazzo del Capitanato and the Parish Church with a painting by Morone. We will conclude with a tasting of typical wines from the Soave area or a visit to a local dairy to taste the cheeses of the area

The third itinerary will seduce you with the charming atmospheres of Lake Garda: we suggest a visit to the town of Peschiera, a jewel of Risorgimento history with its Austrian fortresses, and to Sirmione, an enchanting village that stretches out on the placid waters of the lake. A glass and a snack contemplating one of the most magical views of the Veneto, what more could you want? Maybe a visit to the unusual Oil Museum, in Bardolino: if your visit can last a whole day, we will take you on a journey through the centuries to discover the ancient techniques of processing this “liquid gold”.
