Guided Tour Dante’s Verona

Program

This tour will retrace the city of Verona at the time of the Supreme Poet, with particular attention to the places frequented during his exile in Verona. A path that will feature the Scaliger palaces, the church of Sant’Elena (possibility of an internal visit), the house of the Capulets, the exterior of the Biblioteca Capitolare, the Jewish Synagogue and all the famous places in Verona touched by the passage of the “fugitive Ghibelline”.

Starting from Piazza dei Signori, you can see the Scaliger Tombs, Romeo’s House, Santa Anastasia, the House of Pietro Alighieri, the Hill of San Pietro, Piazza Duomo, the Biblioteca Capitolare and the Church of Sant’Elena, Casa Pastrengo, the Synagogue and Porta Borsari with the Palio Race.

DURATION: approximately 2 hours

ADULT COST: For 2 hours € 140.00 up to 30 people. For 2 ½ hours €165.00 up to 30 pax. For 3 hours €190.00 up to 30 pax. €5.00 for each pax over 30. €50.00 for each extra hour.
STUDENT COST: For 2 hours €140.00 1- 30 pax; €160.00 31-50 students; only with rental of earphones; €5.00 for each pax over 50. €50.00 for each extra hour. + €12.00 For electronic invoicing

CANCELLATION POLICY: once the tour is confirmed, it can be cancelled without penalties up to 11 days before. If cancelled from 5 to 10 days, 50% of the cost will be charged, if cancelled from 4 days to the day of the tour, a penalty of 100% will be applied

This and more will be addressed during the cultural walk in the city of Verona. A journey that will see the entire city as the protagonist, through the eyes of Dante Alighieri, who lived in Verona at alternating intervals from 1303-1304 and 1312-1318.
